SLTC Represented at Seniors Four Nations
Carmel O Hare and Pat Dwyer, travel to Glasgow this weekend to represent Ireland at the Seniors Four Nations..
Carmel has been selected for the Irish Seniors O.55 team and Pat has been selected for the Irish Seniors O.65 team. Best of luck to both in their matches this weekend
Tom Barry was also selected for the Irish Seniors O.60 team but is not travelling on this occasion
DLTC Summer League
Summer League commences next week, beginning on Friday 5th May
We invite members to come down to club and support our players in their matches over the next 5 weeks
7 Ladies teams and 6 Men's teams will compete in Summer League . Thank you to all the members who expressed an interest in playing league. Players who have not been nominated on a team will be named on our subs list. Subs play a vital part in all league campaigns and our team captains will be calling on players on the subs list throughout the campaign.
The league schedule is created by DLTC and our Men's teams play on Friday nights at 7.30pm and Saturday afternoons at 2pm. Our Ladies teams play on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm. Court requirements for each week will appear in the weekly newsletter.

The number of courts reserved on the booking system is weather dependent as the Clay courts may not be playable in rainy conditions. When 10 courts are required for home matches, the 11th surplus court will be returned to the booking system when the weather allows

Ladies Wednesday Morning Time Tennis
This social tennis takes place every Wednesday morning at 10am and caters for all level of player. All existing members and new members welcome.
Are you a new member, new to tennis, returning to tennis or want to enjoy organised games - this is the ideal place to take up your racquet and meet other members of SLTC
Our volunteer member, Carmel Gillespie, is on hand every Wednesday to organise the tennis from 10am-12pm. Tennis is followed by tea/coffee and all are welcome.

Gym

The Gym Team:
With the gym seeing many changes in recent months, we thought we would give you an update on our team.
Gym Manager- Kieran Needle.
Kieran has been working in the general manager role since February and has been in and out of the gym since then when required. Kieran has continued to operate as gym manager along side this and will resume full services in the gym on 1st June.
Gym Supervisor – Conor Fallon.
Fitness Instructors- Emma Brady, Hannah Buckley, Alessia Osborne & Alex Smith.
Gym floor staff- Ronan Fitzpatrick.
New Equipment:
We have recently added x2 Ski-Erg Machines to our list of equipment, feel free to give them a try in the gym. If you are unsure how to use, ask a member of staff and we will all be more than happy to assist.
