Irish team selection for Aisling O Connor

Congratulations to Aisling O Connor who has been selected by Tennis Ireland to play on the Irish Ladies team who will compete in Europe/Africa Division 2 of the Billy Jean King Cup. this year.  

This will be Aisling’s second time to compete on the Irish Ladies team at the Billy Jean King Cup (previously known as the Federation Cup) and we wish her the best of luck in her matches.

A good weekends work for Sutton players at the Tour 500 in St. Anne's Tennis club in Waterford.

Eoin Quinn won a tight match vs Fernando Garcia Seebar to take the boys u18 title.

Emma Hickey had a great run in the girls u12s. Emma lost to the top seed in her final.

We are hosting an U12 WTN event on the weekend of March 25th and 26th. Entry will go live soon. We will contact junior members when entry is about to open. The event takes place on Saturday from 2pm - 7pm and Sunday from 12pm - 3pm

Boys and girls of all level and ages can still join any week. Price will be adjusted based on weeks left.

Easter Camp

Easter tennis camp for ages 6 to 12 no open online at smartclubcloud.com. The camp is open to all levels and will run from Tuesday April 11th to Friday April 14th. 

We are keeping 10 spaces for any non member juniors who would like to try out tennis. For non members contact Andrea in the office to sign up

Ladies Wednesday Morning Time Tennis

This social tennis takes place every Wednesday morning at 10am and caters for all level of player.  All existing members and new members  welcome.

Are you a new member, new to tennis, returning to tennis or want to enjoy organised games  - this is the ideal place to take up your racquet and meet other members of SLTC

Our volunteer member, Carmel Gillespie, is on hand every Wednesday to organise the tennis from 10am-12pm.   Tennis is followed by tea/coffee and all are welcome.

 Sign up with Carmel in the Lounge at 9.50am every Wednesday.

SENIOR TEAMS FOR EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS

It is with great pleasure that we, the selectors, are announcing the Irish Senior teams that will be competing in the European Senior Team Championships Division 1 & 2 in Helsinki, Finland from the 26th to the 29th April 2023.

This year Breanne Flynn, our No. 1 player is not available for the championships. Congratulation Breanne

Classes:

Our new class timetable has now commenced with the return of our popular Circuits class and also our new added class times at 8:15am and 5:15pm.

We ask all members attending our classes to ensure they arrive on time. If you can no longer attend a class you have booked into, we ask that you cancel the booking as soon as possible to ensure other members have sufficient time to take the space available.

Body Transformation:

Our Body Transformation Block has now commenced.

Personal Training:

Our Personal training can be purchased in single 1hr sessions at a cost of €50 per session or bought in a block of 8 sessions at a reduced price of €360.

We also offer the option of 2-1 Training where you and a friend/partner can train together with the help of one of our trainers. Our 2-1 Sessions cost €75 per session or a block of 8 sessions can be purchased for €540.

We offer a student price of €40 per session or a block of 8 for €280.

We have added our Personal Trainer Profile board outside of the Studio to allow you to get a sense of what our trainers have to offer and what trainer may suit you best.
