• Gym Rules

  • Please bring your swipe card with you on arrival to the club/gym. The swipe card is needed for access through the main doors of the club, changing rooms and to get through the turnstile in the gym. The turnstile is to be used for access and only the turnstile. The emergency door beside turnstile is to be kept closed at all times.

  • Booking system is still in place. Please book in before arrival and stick to your time slot.
  • When using machines/equipment please be mindful of the amount of time being spent with the machine/equipment so other members can use it also.

  Boxercise

  For those interested in our boxercise class, it is on at 9am Monday morning & 7pm Friday evening. It is recommended that you bring your own boxing gloves.

SENIOR SQUASH CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS – THE RESULTS

Sutton squash players had very enjoyable week of Squash as the first Club Champs since lockdown returned.

We saw many new faces following beginner Mens and Ladies classes with Mens D and Ladies B full of new names to Squash.

We also saw a few players returning to Sutton and taking part in the Club Champs.

We saw many thrilling matches including the Ladies A and the Mens A finals with such high standard squash.

Results as follows:

Ladies A Winner: Stephanie Ryan, R-Up: Alessia Osborne 3/2 - (11/8, 11/9, 9/11, 9/11, 11/9)

NICK MATTHEW VISIT – THANK YOU NICK

We hope you enjoyed the Exhibition Event featuring Nick Matthew. So much work and planning goes into these nights and it is a such a thrill to see so many people turn up and it run as a total success.

Thank you to Nick Matthew for a magnificent day starting with clinics for our academy juniors, followed by a session with the PSA Boys and finally a superb exhibition with 4 of our Top Psa Players.

We want to thank you for squeezing into a very full court 3 and to Sam Osborne, Stephen Hanratty and Oisin Dunne for sitting on the floor for the entire time!!!

Thanks to our Club President Niall Curran who welcomed Nick on behalf of Sutton LTC and we hope he enjoyed his first Squash event as newly elected president.

Thanks to Michael Creaven who adjudicated the matches although the players were all very well behaved.

JUNIOR ACTIVITY CAMPS

This Camp is designed to provide Juniors with a week of Fun and Games including Squash, Tennis,

Uni-Hoc, Ball Skill, Rounders etc.

Juniors will enjoy a structured Camp in a safe environment and with a chance to try out Squash and Tennis on a non-competitive basis.

WEEK 1: 11th – 15th July

WEEK 2: 25th – 29th July

€95 per week per child.
