We are delighted that we can now lock in times for our teen fitness classes. We will be running our classes at 11:15-12:00 Tuesday and Thursday mornings. It has been great to have so many of our younger members starting to train and keep active through summer. These classes will focus on building strength, fitness, co-ordination and balance through a mix of exercises while teaching our teens about the benefits of each exercise and ensuring they are in correct form for when they are in their chosen sports or carrying their training on further. We hope more members will bring their teens along to try out these sessions and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact a member of our gym team or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We have had a much larger uptake lately in members getting new programmes from our team and want to take this opportunity to remind all of our members that our team are here to help. If you want to get started in to a new routine or need help with an existing routine, please do not hesitate to contact a member of the gym team to get started today. We can help design a routine for you that suits your needs and goals while making sure it is easy to follow and enjoyable. Now is as good a time as any to start in to your new routine.
Cleaning is now part of our Workout
We want to thank all of our members for keeping the gym clean and safe for everyone by using the spray and wipes provided along with regularly sanitising their hands. We would like to remind everyone though that as we all get more comfortable in the gym, that we make sure to keep up the great work by sanitising all equipment both before and after use, cleaning the surrounding area if you are sweating a lot (it has been very warm lately) and keeping a safe distance of 2 metres from other members at all times while in the gym. Lets's keep healthy in every way possible.
Now that we are all settled in after our break away, we can now finally Welcome both Hannah and Alessia to the Gym team. many of you will already know them from their long standing membership with the club and we are delighted to have them on our team. With both of their great training and sports backgrounds, they are a fantastic addition to the team and we know everyone will really enjoy training with them through the future, If you haven't already, now is a great time to reach out to them to have a workout designed for you or to try out one of their classes.
